June is a month of HEAT- typically- though what an atypical year we have has so far regarding the weather...
But in past years, we have harvested our garlic, then braided and stored it for the year... and June has been a month of harvests-- all of the delicious summer vegetables are starting to get ready- and the month can be spent eating zucchini and cherries (how bad is that?).
If you planted garlic in the fall, harvest it when you see the tips have gone brown. Make sure you dry them before storing them for the year.
With your zucchini plants, pick the little zucchinis as they get finger-long so the plant will make more.
When you pick lettuce, you can cut them at the root (about half an inch above dirt-level) and they may regenerate.
Otherwise, enjoy the fruits of your spring planting labor!
