This is our regular coconut fudge recipe, edited to add a little protein and remove some cocoa. The protein should, theoretically, make you want to eat less and make it more of a complete snack.
Chocolate Fudge
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 cup almond flour
1 cup coconut oil
1 T vanilla
1 t sea salt
2 scoops protein powder (I use Vital Whey)
Mix in food processor. Refrigerate as desired. Makes 4 servings.
