3 cans Vital Choice Salmon, rinsed and de-boned
3 eggs, opened by your mini chef in training
3-5 kale leaves, de-ribbed and chopped small
3-5 ribs celery, diced
pinch sea salt
2 T coconut oil
Mix ingredients into a bowl.
Heat coconut oil in skillet (we use cast iron).
Spoon mixture into 1/3 cup measuring cup and place onto skillet, flattening slightly. Flip when golden, about 3 minutes. Let brown and remove.
